PokemonDeluge was created by Sandeep, a commerce student from Mangalore, India. The site was created using PHP,MySQL and the jQuery javascript framework.
PokemonDeluge runs on lighttpd servers. The Dark/Ghostly/Metallic/Shadow sprites were made using Phatch.
